Sanvya Health Software provides a comprehensive hospital management system designed to streamline healthcare operations. Our services include but are not limited to:

- Laboratory and diagnostic report management
- Staff and user management systems
- Reporting and analytics tools
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring all provided information is accurate and up-to-date

Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. No payment information is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Sanvya Health Software or our licensors.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software in accordance with these terms and your subscription plan.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks without permission
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanvya Health Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- With 30 days written notice for convenience
- Immediately for material breach of these terms
- Immediately if required by law
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to our services will cease
- You may export your data for a period of 30 days
- We will delete your data after the export period expires
- Outstanding payments remain due
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our software. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Data Backup and Recovery

- Automated daily backups of all system data
- Real-time replication to geographically distributed servers
- Weekly full system backups with integrity verification
- Encrypted backup storage with restricted access
Data Recovery
- Recovery Time Objective (RTO): 4 hours for critical systems
- Recovery Point Objective (RPO): 1 hour maximum data loss

- Multiple recovery options available based on incident severity
12. Service Level Agreement
We commit to the following service levels:
Uptime Guarantee
- Target Uptime: 99.9% monthly uptime
- Planned Maintenance: Scheduled during low-usage hours with advance notice
- Emergency Maintenance: Performed only for critical security or stability issues
Support Response Times
- Critical Issues: 2 hours response time
- High Priority: 8 hours response time
- Normal Priority: 24 hours response time
- Low Priority: 72 hours response time
Performance Standards
- Page load times under 3 seconds for standard operations
- Database query response times under 1 second
- File upload processing within 30 seconds
- Report generation within 2 minutes for standard reports
